A Manhattan Expo With 37 Years Behind It

NEWLIFE has run in New York City for 37 years, with a second edition in Florida. It was started by Mark Becker, who goes by "The Original Biohacker" and still speaks at the event. The expo put yoga, herbal medicine, nutrition and meditation in front of New York audiences decades before those topics filled a wellness aisle, and the organizer describes it as the longest-running event of its kind in the country.

Becker frames this year's edition around a shift he sees in attendees: the goal is no longer just a longer life but a healthier, stronger and more aware one, and the program is built around what comes next in that search.

Two Days, Five Subjects

The weekend combines lectures, live demonstrations, free workshops and an exhibit floor where practitioners and wellness companies show their work and take questions in person. The program is organized around five subjects:

  • Longevity and anti-aging
  • Biohacking
  • Functional medicine and holistic health
  • Consciousness
  • Wellness technology

The event's own materials also list sound bath healing, networking sessions and holistic practitioners among what is on the floor.

The Speaker Lineup

The organizer's 2026 roster of featured speakers:

  • Daniel Sheehan, on UFO disclosure
  • Stephen Bassett, on a post-disclosure world
  • Dr. Rob Silverman, on The Cellular Energy Code
  • Dr. Paul Ling Tai, on integrative medicine and longevity
  • Dr. Howard Robins, on ozone therapy and regenerative medicine
  • Donna McGrath, medical intuitive, on energy healing
  • Jodi Serota, on vibrational sound healing
  • Jeffrey V. Noble, on emotional healing
  • Alan Steinfeld, on remote viewing
  • Dr. Eric Kaplan, on rewiring the brain
  • Peter Roth, on Human Design
  • Mark Becker, NEWLIFE's founder

Session times are posted on the NEWLIFE New York Expo page. With roughly 100 names across two days, it helps to mark the talks you want before arriving and leave the gaps for the exhibit floor.
