Hippo Playground Halloween Parade

The annual Hippo Playground Halloween Parade invites costumed kids to gather at the Soldiers and Sailors Monument at 89th Street and Riverside Drive and parade to Hippo Playground. Put on your favorite costume and join the fun, featuring Ramblin’ Dan’s Freewheelin’ Band , with Ramblin’ Dan leading the show himself! Ramblin’ Dan will lead the parade from the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument to Hippo Playground, followed by a live full-band performance from 4:00–5:00 PM. This event is fully funded by proceeds from the Hippo Spring Fair and is FREE to attend.
