Somatic Play is an invitation to experience a different way of connecting—with ourselves and with each other.
Through intuitive movement, playful exploration, embodied awareness, and conscious communication, we practice recognizing our feelings and needs, expressing clear requests, listening, and relating with greater presence.

What you may take away:
- Greater awareness of how you respond and communicate in relationships.
- Practice expressing feelings, needs, and boundaries.
- More confidence making requests and listening to another person’s response.
- A felt experience of connection, presence, and co-regulation.

The experience will also incorporate MagHealy, a frequency-based magnetic-field wellness device, as a complementary element in the space.
